The Three Sparrows and Me

I was walking on the soft green grass.
The sunshine was glistening on the dewdrops.
My feet was touching the earth.
My heart was feeling the happiness.
Three sparrows were there with me,
Pecking away in the grass.
They went on hopping from one place to another,
Not scared when I went near them.
I went on walking and they went on hopping.
I could smell the fragrance of the Champas.
The lavender Thunbergias were dangling from the wooden framework.
Some bees were hovering around them.
Parrots and crows fleeted by.
My feet were wet with dewdrops.
My heart moistened with warmth.
The sparrows went on hopping around.
They moved from the eastern part of the lawn to the west.
Then they went to the central part to peck on the grass.
Circling around just like me.
In that beautiful morning,
The three sparrows, the green lawn and me.
